Challenge
On most website projects, agencies and clients spend too much time chasing the latest version of the sitemap and copy.
Sitemaps, page content, files, feedback and sign-off end up spread across emails, spreadsheets and shared drives. Nobody is sure which version is current, approvals stall, and the final content still has to be copied into the CMS by hand. We wanted one tool that handles both new builds and ongoing site management and ends with a clean handoff to the CMS.

Our solution
One workspace for the whole content process, from the first sitemap to a clean handoff to the CMS.
Teams plan site structure in a drag-and-drop visual sitemap, with main, utility and footer areas, page statuses and alternative versions.
Content is written in a template-driven page editor with SEO and metadata, revisions, inline comments and tracked-change suggestions. A content table and calendar keep the work moving, with assignees, due dates, custom statuses and approvals. Each language gets its own content, SEO and workflow.
An AI assistant built on Anthropic Claude builds a sitemap from a brief or from client files, drafts and reviews copy, writes SEO and translates content. Images are generated with Google Gemini.
User-flow diagrams link to sitemap pages, tree tests check navigation with public test links and A/B results, and password-protected share links let clients review and comment without an account.
Existing sites can be imported from a crawl, a sitemap XML, a SlickPlan export or WordPress. When the content is ready, it exports to Drupal through a custom Drupal 11 module, to WordPress, or as PDF and PNG sitemaps, DOCX and HTML content, and a handoff ZIP.
Slack notifications, a REST API with webhooks and an MCP server for AI agents such as Claude and ChatGPT connect PagePot to the rest of a team's tools.
PagePot is built with Next.js 16, React 19 and TypeScript, on PostgreSQL and Prisma, with background jobs on pg-boss, Better Auth with two-factor authentication, and Stripe billing. It is hosted on DigitalOcean in Sydney.
